A personal session that moves with you

Maya Nassi in quiet meditation in a garden

Sometimes we don't know exactly what is asking to change. There's a feeling, tension, a question that keeps returning, and it doesn't have a name yet. In an integrative personal session you don't need to arrive with an answer. We begin wherever you are.

There's no "method you need to fit yourself into" here

There's you, there's whatever you bring, and there's whatever forms inside the session.

The tools change. The person doesn't.

How does it work?

There is no fixed protocol. I combine tools according to what arises, and the session can move between the body, emotion, inner parts and the family system, and return to grounding and listening.

I sometimes call them emotional capsules: experiences we couldn't fully process at the time, that stay there quietly running us without our understanding why. In our work together we open them slowly and gently, giving them the recognition they need, and sometimes going back for a moment to be there for that younger part of you, holding its hand and letting it know it isn't alone.

Tools I work with

Focusing

listening to the felt sense in the body, before rushing to analyze.

Inner Parts Work

getting to know the different voices inside you, with their emotions, fears and protective roles.

The inner child

a gentle meeting with younger parts that ask to be heard.

Emotional work

room to notice what you feel and understand what lies beneath a reaction.

Guided meditation

grounding, looking inward and connecting with the body.

Massage & touch

gentle bodywork, when that's what the session calls for (in person only).

Reflexology

working through the feet for release and balance (in person only).

Reiki & energy work

including Tibetan and Kabbalistic healing.

Looking at the family system

when relevant, family patterns too.

Example

Someone arrives with a difficulty in a relationship. The session may begin with the emotional experience, move to meeting an inner part, reveal a family pattern, and return to the body, to grounding and listening.
