I'm Maya Nassi
I'm a certified Family Constellation facilitator and a certified Naturopath, and for close to 20 years I've accompanied people through change, toward a deeper relationship with themselves and the people in their lives.
Source is creation, love, and the roots everything began from. And it's also the way back to yourself, without what gets in the way.
How I got here
When I was about twenty, I set off on a long trip through the East. On a long trek, I found myself asking what I actually wanted to do with my life, and at some point I had a moment of real clarity: I wanted to help people heal themselves, naturally. I was captivated by the healing power of nature and everything it opens up.
When I came back, I enrolled in an intensive four-year naturopathy program, where I trained and certified in a range of fields: nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, various forms of bodywork, Tibetan healing and more. After some years working as a naturopath and bodywork therapist, I began a two-year yoga teacher training with Yael Ziv, which opened me up further to the world of spirit and the connection between body and mind.
From there, and after my own experience in therapy and workshops, I began training in Family Constellation work with "Derech HaConstellatzia" (The Constellation Path). I was awed by the depth of healing this remarkable tool could reach, and I started facilitating both groups and private sessions, alongside continuing my bodywork and mind-body practice. Over the years I brought all the tools I'd gathered together into an integrative way of working of my own, and alongside that, my intuitive and energetic abilities deepened too.
A few sentences you might hear from me in a session:
How does this feel right now?
Let's be with it together.
Let's breathe there together.
What does this place have to tell us?
What's the movement that wants to happen?
The healing is already there in the field, we're just making room for it.
How I work
I work in an integrative way: I choose, from a range of tools and approaches, whatever fits the moment. Everyone who comes to me brings a story, a body and a place in life, so there's no fixed formula in my work. There is listening, curiosity, and a willingness to meet what is really happening, without rushing to fix it. Sometimes the path goes through a constellation. Sometimes through an inner part that asks to be heard. And sometimes through a sensation in the body, a conversation, or something that's still hard to put into words. Over the years I've learned that in every process, what matters most isn't the method. It's the person in front of me.
I believe deep change begins the moment we stop fighting what is, and begin to see it. The aim isn't to turn you into someone else. It's to let you meet more of yourself, and from there create a new possibility. Today I work with people through Family Constellation processes and through integrative personal sessions.
What I've learned from close to 20 years working with people
I've learned that people don't need someone to "fix" them. They need a presence that isn't frightened by what comes up, and that knows how to stay even when things aren't yet clear. I've learned that real depth happens the moment we stop chasing an answer and simply listen. And even today, after all these years, every session still teaches me something new.
